How Service Plan Pricing Works
Weeks 1–8: Flat Fee
If your home sells within the first 8 weeks, you pay only the flat fee for your plan (and activation fee), nothing more. The per-sqft rate does not apply.
Week 9 and Beyond: Per Sqft
Starting in week 9, pricing transitions to a per-sqft rate paid at closing. The flat fee from weeks 1–8 no longer applies, only the per-sqft rate (and activation fee) is due.
